Product Description

The Absoft Integrated Development Environment (IDE) is included at no additional charge with
all versions of Pro Fortran for Windows and Macintosh. The Absoft IDE supports compilers from
Absoft, IBM and GNU.

The IDE is a completely independent development environment yet retains fully native support for the development platform.

All compiler and tools are accessed via an easy to use Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that also automatically builds make files. Header dependencies are automatically generated from within the IDE and the auto-parallelizer included with Pro FortranMP is also controlled through the IDE.

• AE, a full-featured programmer's editor The editing environment is extremely powerful yet easy to use. From the editor you can edit multiple files or search for text patterns. Fortran source files and any other text-only file can be, imported, edited or printed. Color highlighting distinguishes Fortran, C/C++ keywords, comments, strings, numbers, intrinsics, macros and system API calls. The editor has a multiple undo feature, allows editing multiple files.
